Storm calls are the exception to everything above. If a tree has come down on a structure, a vehicle or across a drive, or a trunk is leaning where it should not be, say that in the first sentence and we will move you to the front. Those get looked at the same or the next day. Everything else runs on the ordinary three to five working day booking window, and we would rather give you an honest date than a hopeful one.

Can I get a rough figure over the phone without photos?
You will get a range, and you should treat any phone number quoted without pictures as exactly that. Access is half the price on most jobs and it cannot be heard down a phone line. The range narrows to one figure within a couple of hours of the photos arriving, so the wait is short.
